PATERSON—Mayor Jose “Joey” along with three former Paterson Mayors will announce the official beginning of construction of the much anticipated Center City Project.  This event will also include an explanation from Paterson Parking Authority Executive Director Tony Perez of the alternative parking options available for current parking customers.

The Center City Atrium Building  , to be located in the heart of downtown Paterson, will be built at the intersection of Main, Clark, Ward and Smith Streets and will encompass 320,000 square feet of highly visible and accessible retail and entertainment destinations.  The Atrium Building will be complimented by 2 levels of underground parking, market rate housing, state of the art office space and a new above ground garage, which will accommodate approximately 700 cars and provide ample parking to the City of Paterson.
